A total of 384 questions were received regarding registration of the vaccine, of which, majority (32%) problems were in registration related using BMET for expatriates. Many of them had registered in BMET, but later they were unable to register in the ‘Surokkha’ app, or their information was wrong. Even after registering with their birth certificate, 15% of the respondents either didn’t receive the SMS or their information came wrong. From this data, many people seemed to have issues with delayed SMS and incorrect registration card information.

The above diagram shows that, around 424-vaccine dose, date, and certification-related questions have been received. Among them, 43% were about the 2nd dose of vaccine. Many people did not receive sms for the second dose, and this was one of the most frequently asked questions. The same problem occurred with the booster dose. For issues regarding the certificate, many were unsure how and where to obtain their certificate, and some needed to make changes to their certificate. Around 15% of people asked general vaccination questions such as how and where to get vaccinated, and many young (under 18) people were also concerned about receiving vaccines.

From December 2021 to May 2022, a total of 1,454 COVID related questions were received from the people. Among them, the majority 424 (29.2%) of the people dropped queries related to the date of vaccination and certificate. From the study population, 26% faced problems with registration and 11% of the inquiries came from migrants. Very few , only 2% complained that the server didn't update their NID and birth certificate.

A total of 160 questions were received on delayed SMS and OTP related for the first dose of vaccine. The majority (82%) stated that they received the SMS for their first dose of vaccine late. For the first dose of Vaccine, OTP for registration was also delayed, which had come out through receiving some of the questions (18%).
