On April 4th, 2023, with the technical support of BHW, SUS organized an Annual Plan Sharing meeting with members of the district health rights youth forum. Representatives from BHW, Mr. Abu Toyab and Rajesh Adhikary, participated in the meeting and mentored it.

After the introduction, Mr. Rajesh Adhikary gave his inaugural speech, and Mr. Abu Toyab presented the annual plan through multimedia. They shared the mechanism strategy for implementing the plan and how the annual action plan of the mass campaign would merge with the plan. 
As most of the youth forum members are students who shift from their native place for higher education, it becomes necessary to reform the committee after a certain period. As a result, SUS reformed the DHRYF and UHRYF committees in 2023.

The new members were introduced to other members and BHW representatives after the annual Planning meeting.
